Just another update on my weight loss really. I feel I need to lose about one more stone, if I reach that goal I will see how I feel.

Sorry, for not posting for a while, a combination of not much to say, a funeral and working on my Costa Rica (CR) blog. Anyway, good news is that my weight loss is continuing at a steady rate.
WLR – 46
Apologies for not writing more sooner, things have been a bit busy these past few weeks. Anyway, to business, have finally passed the 3 stone lost point, which for me was a bit of a milestone. In the end I stopped worrying about it, kept eating the right stuff and passed it with no problem. In fact I’m now down by 3 stone and 1 pound.

So, the weight loss continues, then it doesn’t, then it does. Things are bungeeing (is that even English?), with the final result being, only one more pound for three stone. Maybe this week, maybe not.

After last weeks shock, have re-focused on my targets. So this week have been very careful about what I have been eating and introduced some exercise too. Have cycled, swum and aquacised over the past few days, hopefully this will produce the desired effect. Will update on Thursday.
Went to my slimming class yesterday, and although I didn’t feel that I had been eating too much of the wrong type of food, I still had a shock to find I had put back on 3 pounds. Well, I say shock, it was more of a wake-up call really. The thing that annoyed/irritated me the most, was not that some of the ‘wrong’ food, (well for me anyway) had made it into the house, but the fact I had allowed myself to lose focus so easily, after all the hard months I had put into becoming healthier.

Spent a cold morning in and around the town of Beccles this morning, and was quite surprised by how wet it was, check out the photos here.
